Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on arch supports and insoles (unless defective) or any items from our “Last Chance” clearance section.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email you within 1 business day with return instructions
  4. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
  5. Ship your return to our Denver facility using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange:

International Returns Note: For customers outside the U.S., any customs fees or import taxes paid are non-refundable through our shop. You may be able to recover these from your local customs office.
