Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Available for all orders
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Birkenstock footwear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Arch supports and insoles (unless defective)
- Items from our “Last Chance” clearance section
How to Return an Item

- Wait for approval – we’ll email you within 1 business day with return instructions

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval and will appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
- Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: If exchanging for a different size or style, we’ll ship the new item once the return is received. Additional charges may apply for price differences
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S., any customs fees or import taxes paid are non-refundable through our shop. You may be able to recover these from your local customs office.
Damaged or Defective Items
